Cooking UAE food is not that complicated as long as you are familiar with the spices we use. Cardamom, Ginger, Carmon seeds, Cinnamon, Black pepper, Rose water, Saffron (the world's most expensive spice by weight) and Loomy (Dreid Lemon) are some of the main spices and herbs used in our cuisine.
